Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
(Weekends and holidays are not included.)
Shipping Time:
• Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Please contact the carrier directly.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns on wigs that have been:
• Worn
• Tried on
• Installed
• Combed
• Styled
• Lace cut
• Customized in any way
We ONLY accept returns if:
• The wig is brand new
• Lace is uncut
• No makeup, glue, perfume, or product buildup
• Original packaging is intact
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the unit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for unused, unaltered wigs only.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After 2 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order, including:

• Payment information
